Operational Audit & Implementation

Service Description

Reign Creatives will come in and invest time, money and resources into auditing your entire patient journey, from digital start to the handshake goodbye end. We will spend four weeks, coming in for 12 entire work days (3 sessions a week), for a total of 96 business hours, working alongside you and your staff, in order to identify pain points, bottle necks and overall gaps within your operations. This will lead to our operational leadership also being able to implement entire new operational systems into your healthcare organizations, to that within a matter of 60 days from us stepping foot into your organization, you will see an active net increase in bookings, patient operational streamlining and overall increase in profits. At the end of our audit, you will receive a fully flushed out operational audit report, stating every single piece of your operation and overall structure, along with every single next steps that will be needed in order to plug all gaps, train up your staff to the next level and overall, streamline your patient operations, so that you are not losing money in any part of the patient journey. You will also have our operational expert implement the entire report into your healthcare organization, onsite for the following two weeks, for total of 96 hours of total business hours, poured into your clinical operations.
