Service Description

Reign Creatives will come in and invest time, money and resources into auditing your entire patient journey, from digital start to the handshake goodbye end. We will spend two weeks, coming in for six entire work days (3 sessions a week), for a total of 48 business hours, working alongside you and your staff, in order to identify pain points, bottle necks and overall gaps within your operations. At the end of our audit, you will receive a fully flushed out operational audit report, stating every single piece of your operation and overall structure, along with every single next steps that will be needed in order to plug all gaps, train up your staff to the next level and overall, streamline your patient operations, so that you are not losing money in any part of the patient journey. You will receive a fully flushed out report that you are able to implement immediately.
